If you experience any difficulty submitting the reschedule or cancellation form, you must contact our office immediately by phone or email. Requests are only considered received once confirmation has been issued by Coastal Training College.

Rescheduling Terms
More than 24 hours’ notice: Free reschedule
Within 24 hours of course start: 25% administration fee applies
After the course has run (extenuating circumstances): 25% administration fee applies (supporting evidence required)
After the course has run (no notice): Course fee forfeited
Can’t attend but unsure of your new date?
If you cannot attend your scheduled course but do not yet know when you would like to reschedule, please notify us as soon as possible to avoid administration fees or forfeiting your course fee. Select “I don’t know my new booking date” when submitting your request. This allows us to offer your place to another student and may help you avoid additional fees.
Reschedule Limits
Students may reschedule their booking once free of charge, provided at least 24 hours’ notice is given prior to the course start time.
Additional reschedules will incur a 25% administration fee, with a maximum of two (2) reschedules permitted per booking.
Cancellations & Refunds
More than 10 days’ notice: Full refund
Less than 10 days’ notice: 75% refund (25% administration fee retained)
Cancellation on the day after course commencement: No refund
Cancellation on the day with extenuating circumstances: 75% refund (supporting evidence required)
