  • We recommend students complete the online learning before attending the practical assessment. This is even more important if it is the first time completing training in your specific course. We understand life can get busy and some students may not have time or have extenuating circumstances. Please let your trainer know if you are yet to complete the online learning. If students are unable to fully complete the online learning before the practical assessment they will have 60 days to finish before the course is abandoned and students will have to book another course.

  • No worries. Just contact us in advance and we’ll arrange a new time that suits you. Please note as we run small groups and cap course numbers, students who fail to give notice of non-attendance will be subject to our cancellation and refund policy which can be found in our terms and conditions

  • Yes. Our courses are suitable for beginners and experienced students alike. The blended format gives you time to learn at your own pace online, followed by hands-on practical experience.

  • You’ll need to create one before your course. It’s quick, free, and can be done at usi.gov.au.

  • Visit usi.gov.au to recover your USI using your email, mobile number, or ID. Reach out to us if you need help.

  • Yes, our online learning is mobile-friendly and can be completed on most smartphones or tablets.

  • Let us know before your course. While CPR must be demonstrated on the floor to meet assessment requirements, we’ll do our best to support your situation.

  • Absolutely. Our training is designed to be efficient without compromising quality. You’ll receive practical, real-world training delivered in small class sizes for a better learning experience.

  • Online learning times vary depending on the course. Most students complete online learning for short courses like Provide CPR in 30-45 minutes. More advanced courses like Provide First Aid will take most students 2-3 hours to complete. You don’t have to complete the online learning in one session. You can work through it at your own pace.

  • You'll need your full name and email address to complete the booking. When logging in to training desk to complete your enrolment you will then also need to provide a phone number, address and USI.

    If you're booking for a workplace group, we may also request a business name, contact details and preferred training location.

  • Booking is easy. Simply visit our website, choose your preferred course and location, and follow the steps to secure your spot. You’ll receive a confirmation email with everything you need to get started.

  • Yes! We offer private and onsite training for workplaces and groups. Contact us to arrange a date, time, and location that works best for your team. Group bookings are flexible and cost-effective. You can find more information and submit a request on our workplace / onsite training page.
